The Order Status page of the shopping cart internet software allows you to create customized statuses for your customer's orders. Once you have created an order status, customers can view the status (if you select that option) when they view their order at your web site.

When creating an order status, you can give it a name and HTML text to display to the user. You can also create an HTML and plaintext e-mail to send out to users regarding their order status.

When creating the e-mail, you can use the following shortcuts to personalize the message for each individual customer.
